Our family-friendly practice is here to put our patients’ values and needs first. Whether you’re simply looking for a routine checkup, planning your teen’s wisdom tooth removal, or considering dental implants, our Lebanon dental team treats you like family.
When you first arrive at your new patient appointment, we’ll greet you and review any questions you have about your appointment. Your new patient forms can be completed ahead of time or you can arrive early to fill them out here at our office. Please be sure to bring a list of any medications that you’re taking and have a contact number for any medical specialists you currently see.
Once we escort you back to one of our private treatment rooms, we’ll talk through any concerns and make sure you’re comfortable about your planned procedure. After we review your health history, we will take any necessary dental X-rays and perform a detailed examination to determine the next best steps. If treatment is ever required, we promise to take the time necessary to explain the procedure in full, so that you know what to expect and feel educated about your oral health investment.
Cartwright Dental offers an in-office savings plan to help reduce the cost of your oral health care. All patients with current dental insurance will also receive a complimentary benefits check to help them reduce their out-of-pocket care costs.
